Drag the dashed box into position and resize it with the corner handles. If the product has colors, the box and line color you set apply to the currently selected location & color — click through each combination and position each one. Then click Copy full metafield JSON and paste it over the entire Imprint Config value — every combination is included.
1. Upload your artwork
Art, when submitting the order, must be in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) to avoid distortions that occur when vectorizing art.

- PDF / AI previews with a white page behind the art. If your logo is white (or light), it can disappear into that page. For previewing, export a transparent PNG instead: in Illustrator, File › Export › Export As › PNG, then set Background Color: Transparent. In Photoshop, File › Export › Export As › PNG and check Transparency.
- Tiny art on a huge white page? Your artboard is much larger than the artwork. In Illustrator, use Object › Artboards › Fit to Artwork Bounds, then save the PDF again — the preview will crop to just your art.
- SVG keeps transparency too: File › Export › Export As › SVG previews cleanly with no background.
- .AI files must be saved with “Create PDF Compatible File” checked (it's on by default in File › Save As).
- These tips are for the on-screen preview only — your original vector file is still what we need for production.
2. Position your art
Drag the art with your mouse or finger. Use the corner handles (or the buttons below the preview) to resize and rotate. Art is automatically kept inside the dashed imprint area.
3. Download & submit
Download your finished mockup as a JPG or PDF using the buttons under the preview. Please submit the downloaded mockup together with your vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF) and your purchase order.
